Christmas is nearly here! Counting down the days. Obviously – we’re all skint going off to Christmas drinks and buying presents. Here’s five free events in December so you can go and be cultural without spending a dime. One even includes free pizza & beer [sometimes marketing can be absolutely wonderful]!
Market – Vegan Christmas Market
December 8, 201
12pm to 10pm
Blue House Yard, Wood Green
Vegan Christmas Market. #Trendy – but if you’re gonna go consumer mental might as well support independent businesses, social enterprises, and sustainable operations. The list of vendors is long and magical. My fav – the zero plastic store Harmless will be there!
Check out the list, and reserve your ticket to jump the queue!

Sammy’s Ukulele Class Performance
December 13, 2018
7pm, starts at 8pm
Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club
Yep that’s right. For the last ten weeks, I’ve been taking a Duke of Uke course – and December 13th is our concert [& my Grandpa’s birthday!]. My class will be performing “That Don’t Impress Me Much” by Shania Twain, and I’m absolutely thrilled. It feels like fate that I was in this class. [I LOVE YOU SHANIA.] They’ll probably be christmassy tunes, too.
Just show up if you’re keen!
